If I was an animal I would be a sloth. Yup a slow, sleepy, eating sloth! That being said I do try to be healthy and have always ‘run’ for exercise. I have dabbled in this exercise and that exercise, this membership or that one, and even collected a bit of equipment for a home gym, but ultimately was still running at a sloth pace and remained in average shape.

Overall Nic's training program has been great, I feel like I am always getting the most out of every workout and have grown in knowledge on how I should be eating to meet specific goals I and Nic have set.
I appreciate how the entire plan is targeted towards my specifics, as a high school athlete I have grown a ton in not only strength but speed and agility as well. The program has helped me separate myself from other athletes my age and is continuing to help me grow. I had a major setback this past spring due to injuries but have felt like I have bounced right back by following Nic's plan seriously and working hard.
I appreciate all Nic has done and look forward to continuing to work with him.

I have had the privilege of working with Nic and can say he is one of the best trainers and nutrition consultants out there! He was honest, diligent, conscientious of my situation and time I had to devote to working out. You can tell he takes such pride in what he does, he puts so much in to each of his clients. He also lives the lifestyle, he’s not just giving YOU a workout and nutrition advice but actually living it in his own life!! He is so knowledgeable about both weight training and nutrition which is so key, because for me, training I can do, it’s the nutrition I struggle with. He was always there to answer any questions I had and I enjoyed our weekly calls together. The calls were to recap on how the past week went and what I could tweak for the coming week. Even after my 6 weeks was up, he is still willing to answer any questions that I have!
I came to him in the middle of this pandemic, quarantined at home with just a handful of training equipment (box for step ups, some dumbbells and bands). He put together such a great strength program using everything that I owned, no need for big gym equipment, we were able to get it done with such minimal equipment!
I can not highly recommend him enough!!!

I’ve been attending the bootcamp classes with Nic and they are a stellar way to get your sweat on! A great thing about bootcamp is that you don’t have to think about designing your own workout. Every class brings a fresh combination of strength, agility, and cardio. Nic’s ability to share progressions of an exercise is extremely helpful and contributes to a “no ego” atmosphere.
Starting at the most basic movement of an exercise helps build up confidence as they get more complex. He listens to your goals and checks in to see how you are doing with them. These conversations help drive accountability. His passion for fitness and lifelong health can be seen through how he designs his classes. Nic walks the walk and talks the talk- it’s great to have a trainer like that!
