WHAT IT IS:
This is a 6 week program designed for the self motivated individual who is looking for accountability and guidance with their training. Regardless of goals, fitness level, or training experience, I work with you to build a progressive training program. There’s no “one size fits all” approach to training, and your program will be designed exclusively for you.
WHAT YOU GET:
-Welcome packet (emailed to you after signing up) including: nutrition guidance & how to calculate macros, program layout, & mindset tips and tricks
-Introductory meeting discussing goals, specific training plan and program expectations
-6 weeks of workouts specific to you. Based on your goals, home or gym equipment, and available training schedule
-Weekly check-ins with me to discuss challenges or answer any questions, to help you stay on track and continuing your progress
