2 Week Nutrition Focus

There’s a common saying in the fitness industry, that “abs are made in the kitchen”. However I believe abs are built in the gym and revealed in the kitchen.

You still need to train to build the muscles, but your diet choices are what's going to bring out your best self. 

Same goes for any fitness goal you have, you're only going to reach it if you put in the work both during training and the rest of the day with your meals. 


So let’s be honest...how well are you managing your nutrition? 


Vital Questions to ask 

  • Do you know your numbers (how many calories do you eat in a day, how much protein do you need, what is your goal)?
  • Do you feel good about the food you eat and your habits?
  • Does your lifestyle affect your food habits (being very busy, social outings, always working odd hours etc)?
  • Do you eat to entertain yourself?
  • Does it give you the right amount of energy throughout the day or do you feel tired and sluggish after meals?
  • Do you know how to read a simple food label?


We have to ask ourselves these questions because the majority of Americans (70%) believe they are eating a balanced diet. However, according to CDC statistics “in the United States, 19% of young people aged 2 to 19 years and 40% of adults have obesity, which can put them at risk for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers. In addition, obesity costs the US healthcare system $147 billion a year” 


So why only 2 weeks

I designed a 2 week Nutrition Focus for those of you who need guidance but don’t want to be on a prolonged program. Because chances are, you could do with some help/guidance when it comes to your nutrition. You just don’t have the time or money for a 6 week course BUT you still want to make real changes. So I have made it shorter and very affordable..so there are no excuses.

We start this program off by assessing where your current nutrition level is, and through evaluating an introductory survey, you receive a personalized action plan that you will implement for 2 weeks, while I work with you to hold you accountable for staying on track, as well as look for ways to make your new habits even more effective. 


What it is:

  1. Assessment of current habits, to get a clear view of what positive habits are helping you to get your goals, and which of your current habits can be improved to maximize your progress
  2. Focused around an action plan that gives you clear, simple steps that you can immediately implement to help you reach your goals, and beyond
  3. Accountability through weekly coaching interactions to monitor your progress, and see how it can be improved even further. These interactions are going to help keep you on track and keep progressing further towards your goals. 
  4. A 2 week program that starts as an evaluation, but ends with you having learned and developed new skills and habits that will help you keep your nutrition and fitness goals on track for the long haul

  1. A full Questionnaire Assessment of where your nutrition currently is
  2. A full 3 day Food Diary Assessment to analyze your habits and portion sizes
  3. A 2 week customized Action Plan that you will start implementing 
  4. Customized Macros and Calories. I calculate your numbers
  5. I send you info on what you have to look out for on the food labels according to your action plan
  6. I give advice on healthier choices and habits you have to start making to get better sustainable results
  7. 2 accountability check-ins
    First is at the end of week 1, and the other is at the end of week 2 before you go off on your own
  8. Any final advice or points to work on or improve when you go off on your own
