Welcome to Tiemann Fitness

My name is Nic, and I’m a CSCS strength and sports performance coach, as well as Precision Nutrition Coach. My focus with clients is to improve physical and mental performance, the two vital components to achieving any athletic goal.

Where My Head's At

Sports performance training has gotten so muddled up with complex programs, Instagrammable exercises, and over-complicated training jargon. When the reality is, SIMPLE training is EFFECTIVE training. 

I've found over the 10+ years training athletes from all backgrounds, from youth up to professional ranks, that the simpler programs are more effective. I prefer to have the complexity and intensity come from YOU, the athlete. 

I am not one of those asshole trainers that make you pass out during workouts and run you into the ground. That way of going about things is ineffective, dangerous and demoralizing. And you've got more important things to do (practice, games, life) than hobble around after being broken down in a training session. 

What I Can Do for YOU

I learn and understand your goals. If they aren't clear enough, I help you define them.

Next, I study your training history to avoid injury and inefficiencies. I then develop a training program to get you to boost your athletic performance.

This program will be tailor fitted to your sport and athletic needs, as well as be adaptable to your environment.
